The Quality and
Standards Authority of Ethiopia (QSAE) is interested to buy
Computer, Printer & UPS on a budget allocated by Ethiopian
government. Thus cordially invites eligible bidders who fulfill the
under listed conditions to submit their quotation.
Bidders should present currently
renewed trade license, registration certificate form Ministry of
Finance and Economic Development and VAT registration certificate up
on the collection of the bid documents.
Bid documents can be obtained from
Property Administration and Suppliers-Division Room No. 17-8
starting the first date of the publication of the notice on The
Ethiopian Herald against payment of non-refundable Birr 50.00 /Fifty
Birr/
Bidders should strictly follow the
tender instruction attached with the specification of the required
items.
Bid documents shall be clearly
presented technical and financial proposal separately with one
original and two copies in a wax-sealed envelope before December 8,
2008 at 10:00 A.M. local time.
Bid should be accompanied by a bid
security Birr 3000.00 in a form of:
a)
Bank guarantee or letter of credit issued by financial
institution recognized by the national bank of Ethiopia.
b)
A cahiers cheque, certified cheque or cash
Bid shall be closed on December 8,
2008 at 10:00 A.M. local time and opened on December
8, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. local time in room No.23 in the presence of bidders or their legal
representative.
QSAE has the right to reserve o
reject any or all bids.
