1. Tigray
Regional Council office invites bidders for the procurement of
electronic materials. All qualified bidders with the license valid
for the 2001 E.C. budget year, VAT registration evidence and
registration certificate form the regional fiancé and economic
development bureau for which they are registered on suppliers list
to supply of the electronic materials which is mentioned in the
above.
2. A
complete set of documents can be purchased by interested bidders
from the Tigray regional council office room No. 02 on payment of a
non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 20.00.
3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid bond 10% in the form of CPO.
4. Bid
must be delivered to the office procurement unit on or before 2:00
P.M. /8:00/O’clock on Nov. 18/2008 or 09/03/2001 E.C. Late bids will be rejected.
5. Bid
will be opened in the presence of the beneficiary (Tigray Regional
Council) and bidders or their legal representatives who choose to
attend at the opening ceremony which will be held on Nov. 18/2008 or
09/03/2001 E.C. at 2:30 P.M. /8:30/ respectively.
6. The
document shall be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office making
the envelopes “original” or “Copy”.
7. The
offer shall be quoted in the Ethiopian currency Birr.
