Bale Zone
Finance and Economic Development office, wants to purchase Office
Furniture and different printer toners, which will be of service to
different sectors, under the zone in a bid competition.
There fore,
those desiring to take part in the bid shall submit their trade
licenses for which the annual revenue are paid and registered for
VAT. A complete set of bidding document may be purchased for Birr
100 (One Hundred) by appearing Bale Zone Finance and Economic
Development Office, with in 10 continuous working days. After this
announcement on a news paper in the bid box prepared for the same in
Bale Finance and Economic Development office Room No. 4 on the 11th
day at 9:30 A.M. Bids will be opened at the presence of bidders or
their representatives at 10:30 A.M on the day they submitted the bid
document.
All bidders are required t deposit a
CPO or a bank guarantee of Birr 6000 (Six Thusand) before the
opening of the bid.
The CPO or the bank guarantee
deposited shall immediately be returned to the unsuccessful bidders.
The winners shall deposit the
materials in to the Bale Zone Finance and Economic Dev’t office ware
house by appearing in person.
The bidders shall conclude a
contractual agreement with the Bale Zone Finance and Economic Dev’t
office within 5 days after the disclosing of their winning by the
same.
Submitting quotations based on that
of others is impossible.
The office reserves the right to
reject any or all bids.
