The Ethiopian
National Association of Persons Affected by Leprosy (ENAPAL) in
collaboration with The Leprosy Mission New Zealand (TLMNZ) invites
interested and potential firms and individual to undertake
socio-economic baseline data survey and Participatory Needs Analysis
(PNA) in Abune Hara Dingil Monastery, located about 20 km from Bahir
Dar City, in the Amhara Regional State; and in Awassa City, in the
Southern Nations Nationalities People Regional State (SNNPRS).
Interested
eligible bidders may contact our office, collect the terms of
reference that states the work, and submit, during weekdays 9:00
A.M.-4:00 P.M. expression of interest to ENAPAL until Monday
November 17, 2008 at 10:00 A.M.
The expression
of interest shall comprise the following documents/ information on
their bid for the work.
Company’s or individual’s related
work permit or professional license clearance of required year
government taxes.
Credential and testimonials on
professional, experience and profile of company or individual and
study/ research team relevant to socio-economic baseline data survey
and participatory Needs Analysis (PNA), preferably in relation to
disability issues and disadvantage groups.
Concept paper (Technical Proposals)
on the data collection methodology , analysis and reporting,
timeframe and cost on the baseline data survey and PNA.
Bidders should take in to account 2%
and 30% withholding tax those with TIN number and without TIN number
respectively.
ENAPAL reserve the right to accept or
reject the bid partially or fully.
NOTE:
The concept (Technical Proposal) paper is expected to showing gender
balance of the study team and methodologies to address gender
issues.
