Contractors of Category GC/BC/Class 6 and above with license valid
for the current physical year.
1. The
ANRS Education Bureau now invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for furnishing of the necessary labor, materials & equipment
for the construction & completion of Service Rooms and site work at
Education Bureau.
2. Therefore,
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from, and
inspect the bidding documents at the address given below.
3. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidders up on the submission of written application to the
ANRS Education Bureau Room No. 1 staring from Nov. 10, 2008 and up
on payment of non-refundable fee 100 Birr. Additional sets of
document may be purchased each at the same price at the same
address.
4. The
construction work shall be completed within a maximum of 140 cal.
Days.
5. All
bids must be submitted based on the free market price and current
basic materials price must be submitted attached with the bid
document.
6. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form Bank
Guarantee or CPO or 1% of the bid amount, and must be delivered to
ANRS Education Bureau on or before at 2:00 P.M. on Dec. 1,
2008.
7. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose
to attend in the same date and place at 2:30 P.M.
8. Rejection
Criteria: The Client will reject the bidder whose bid does not
fulfill the following conditions.
- Bidders
should present currently renewed Trade License & Renewed
Registration Certificate VAT Registration Certificate and Tax
Payer Registered Certificate.
- Bidders
should complete the bid form and the appropriate price schedule.
- The Original
& Copy of the bid shall be singed and sealed in al pages by the
bidder.
- Bidders
should submit One Original & One Copy envelopes of the bid
9. The
employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
