1. The
Ethiopian Roads Authority invites sealed bids under local
competitive bidding (LCB) from registered suppliers for the supply
of:
Lot -1- Different Stationery Supplies
Lot-2 – Computer & Photo Copy Machine

2. Interested
bidders may purchase a complete set of the bidding document against
of procurement of non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 from the office
of procurement services, Room No. 104, during the official working
hours upon presentation of Trade License renewed for the fiscal
year. VAT registration and fax clearance certificate.
3. This
invitation for bid is open to all interested bidders regardless of
their nationality and the award winning bidders shall be determined
pursuant the provision set in the bidding document. The bid document
is prepared in English Language.
4. Bids
must be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the first floor Room
No. 106 before the closing date and time on
November 18, 2008 at
10:00 hrs. A.M. local time.
5. Bids
must be accompanied with a Bid Bond of not less than Birr 10,000.00
for Lot-1 & 10,000.00 for Lot-2 respectively. The Bid Bond should be
either in the form of casher’s cheque, certified cheque, Bank
guarantee or cash. Bid Bond in the form of insurance bond or in any
other form shall not be acceptable.
6. Bids
will be opened at 10:00 hrs. A.M. local time on
November 18, 2008
in the Ethiopian Roads Authority
Conference Room located at the 4th floor, in the presence
of bidders and/ or their representatives who choose to attend.
7. The
Ethiopian Roads Authority reserves the rights to reject any or all
bids.
