RE-INVITATION BID FOR CONSULTANCY
The Rural Water
Supply, Sanitation and Hygiene Programme in Benishangul-Gumuz Region
is a bi-lateral programme financed by the Governments of Finland and
Ethiopia. The Benishangul-Gumuz Regional State Bureau of Water and
Mines Energy Resources Development has got fund from Finland
Government and thus would like to invite competent service firms to
undertake 1. Hydro-geological 2. Human Resource Assessment 3.
Socio-Cultural Studies. For the planning phase of the Rural
Water Supply, Sanitation and Hygiene programme (WASH-BG). Therefore,
all consultants having valid licenses can take part in this bid
presenting the following credentials.
Professional license from the
Recently renewed trade license
A certificate showing discharge of tax
VAT registration certificate and Tax
Identification Number (TIN)
Works profile (evidences of past
performances) and Company’s skilled Manpower
Registration certificate of Suppliers
list under Ministry of Finance & Economic Development
consultant companies may purchase a complete set of bid documents
upon payment of non-refundable sum of Birr 50.00 (Fifty Birr only)
at the office of the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development

notice in The Ethiopian Herald during office hours form Monday
should submit their technical and financial proposals separately in
wax-sealed envelopes to MOFED floor ---- and office number 5 on or
before 12:00 A.M. local time on 30th days.
bids must be accompanied by a bid bond grater or equal to 10,000.00
Ethiopian Birr in Cash or in the form of bank CPO. Checks or
insurance bond are not acceptable.
bids will be closed on 30th working days at 12:00 A.M. and opened in the same working day in the presence of bidders or their
legal representatives at MOFED (Ministry of Finance and Economic
Development) Office No. 5 in
Addis Ababa at 2:00 P.M.
Bureau reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts of the
formation may be obtained form WMERDB office.
