1. The
Somali Regional State Rural Roads Authority invites all eligible
bidders to submit the qualification information and bid offer for
the Detail Roads Study, Design and Tender Document Preparation of
Jarrati-Goro Bakaksa-Goro Damole and Filtu-Dawa-River-Moyalie, Road
Study and Design projects located in the Somali Regional State Afder
and Liban Zones respectively.
2. Interested
bidders in category 4 and above with valid license for the current
Ethiopian Budget year can collect the complete bid document from
Somali Region Rural Roads Authority, Jijiga, upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 for each project.
3. Bidders
are required to present Certificate of Value Added Tax (VAT)
registration and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
4. One
original and three Photocopies of Finance Proposal (Bid Offer) and
Technical Proposal (Qualification Information) shall be produced in
different wax-sealed envelopes located as ‘ORIGINAL’ and ‘COPY’
Separately for both, & shall be placed in the bid box in Somali
Regional Rural Roads Authority, Jijiga, Room No.8, along with a bid
security in an acceptable form amounting not less than 1% of bid
offer on or before the closing date, that is 15 calendar days from
the announcement of this bid.
5. Bids
will be opened after 15 calendar days from the announcement date of
this bid at 3:00 P.M. in the premises of Somali region RRA.
6. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Somali Region
Rural Roads Authority Planning and Contract Administration
Department.
7. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
