1. The
Ethiopian Health & Nutrition Research Institute (EHNRI) invites
wax-sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of:

Laboratory Equipment & Supplies
- Chemical
& Reagents
2. Interested
bidders may collect the bidding document from account section at
EHNRI, building No.3 against payment of non-refundable fee of 50
Birr.
3. Bids
must be accompanied with a bid security of 5,000 Birr or equivalent,
in any freely convertible currency by CPO or bank guarantee;
Certificate of registration from MoFED, currently renewed trade
license; Tax clearance certificate and incase of foreign suppliers,
certificate of incorporation; and must be delivered to the above on
or before the 30th of October 2008 at 10:30 A.M. local
time.
4. Bids
will be opened on the 30th of October 2008 at 10:30 A.M. local time, in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the
institute’s training hall-room No.15.
5. The
institute reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
