MIS STAGE II
TENDER No. MIS 1-2000 SUPPLY OF HARDWARE
(Server, Router, Switch, Thin clients,
Computers, TFT monitors, UPS, etc)
1. The
Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation (EEPCO) has allocated budget
for the purchase of hardware (Server, Router, Switch, Thin clients,
computers, TFT monitors, UPS, Air conditioners,…etc)
2. The
Ethiopian Electric power Corporation now invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the supply of the above-mentioned items in the
following Lot.
Lot-1. Hard ware
Lot -2. Network Materials
Router, Switch,
Network Cable, Cat 5e, Patch
Panel, Access Point
and Trunk
Lot-3. Heavy Duty line matrix printer, Computers and
Form cutter.
Lot-4. Air Conditioner.
3. Interested
bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding
documents at the office of:

4. The
bid documents shall be available from EEPCO, Procurement Division,
on September 17, 2008 and a complete set of bidding document (non
transferable) in English language may be purchased by interested
Bidders at the address stated above, upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Birr five hundred), during office
hours from 08:00 to 12:00 hours and 13:00 to 17:00 hours, local
time, Monday though Friday, on all working days. Bidders are
required to submit offers for the complete items with in the lot.
Incomplete offer, within a lot, will result in the rejection of the
offer.
5. Suppliers
should have valid business licenses, VAT Registration certificate
and certified from Ministry of Finance.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address stated in 3 above before 16:00
hours, local time, on October 21, 2008. All bids must be accompanied
by a bid security of the amount specified in the bid presence of
intending bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at
the EEPCo Club, Mexico Square, Addis Ababa at 10:00 hours, local
time, on October 22, 2008.
7. Bidders
shall have prior considerable experience in the supply of similar
works and type of goods as required by the specific tender.
8. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all the Bidders
without assigning reason thereof and is not bound to accept the
lowest bid.
9. Bidders
are advice to submit their offer after examining the bid document
very carefully. |
