1. The
SOMALI REGIONAL STATE HEALTH BUREAU invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for supervision and contract administration work of
Jijiga Referral Hospital of Somali Regional State.
2. National
Consulting Architects and Engineers of category III and above are
eligible to bid. Bidders are required to provide a valid trade
license form the appropriate government body and proof of
registration form the Ministry /Bureau of Infrastructure, for the
current fiscal year.
3. Bidding
document (and additional copies) may be purchased at SOMALI NATIONAL
REGIONAL STATE HEALTH BUREAU room No. 15, Tel. 0224 775 20 22 Or 775
28 44 for a non-refundable fee of 200 Birr in freely convertible
currency, on working hours except Friday and Sunday.
4. Bid
shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be
accompanied by security ET Birr 10,000 in CPO or bank guarantee and
shall be delivered to Health Bureau of Somali National Regional
State on 10/02/2001 on or before 10:00 A.M. local time.
5. Bidders
should submit their technical proposal in a separate envelope from
their financial proposal.
6. Bids
will be opened 10/02/2001 in the presence of
those bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on the
same date and place at 10:30 A.M. local time.
7. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
