University has received a credit from World Bank for Post Secondary
Education project (PSEP) under Development Innovative Fund (DIF) and
Institutional; Development Grant (IDG) towards the cost of DIF-Sub
projects and IDG-sub projects and to apply part of the funds to
cover eligible payments under procurement of:

other IT equipment for which

bidders have to present registration certificate from the Federal
Ministry of Finance and Economic Development renewed Trade License
for the year, Clearance Letter and VAT registration certificate as
indicated in the tender documents.

payment of non-refundable amount of Birr 50.00 (Fifty Birr).
bid must be submitted both in one envelope, one original and one
copy envelopes, and be submitted in the tender box up to the closing
bids must be accompanied by Bid Bond Birr 30,000.00 (Thirty
Thousand) for each lot in the form of Bank guarantee or CPO.
