payment of non-refundable amount of Birr 50.00 (Fifty Birr)
bid must be submitted both in one envelope, one original and one
copy envelopes, and be submitted in the tender box up to the closing
bids must be accompanied by Bid Bond Birr 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand)
in the form of bank guarantee or CPO.

on or before 2:30 PM on October 20, 2008.
