Re-Bid
1. The
Ministry of Education has funds to be used for the Procurement of
Diesel Generator 700KVA, 3 Phase, 400/230V, 50Hz, 0.8PF,
Transportation form Djibouti to Site, Installation, Commissioning
and Training at Semera University.
2. The
Procurement Service Enterprise on behalf of Ministry of Education
hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of:

3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open International
Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures contained in the Public
Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic
Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders form eligible source
counties.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information form Procurement
Services Enterprise on behalf of Ministry of Education
and inspect the bidding documents at the address below during office
hours form Monday to Thursday Morning 8:00 A.M. and Afternoon 1:30
P.M. -5:00 P.M.
5. A
complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be
purchased by interested bidders at the address below upon payment of
a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (Birr One Hundred) from the office
of the Procurement Services Enterprise 1st Floor-Room
No.2.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at or before
November 6, 2008 at 2:30 P.M.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security amounting Birr 50,000
(Fifty Thousand) in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee counter
guaranteed by the local bankers. Late bids shall be rejected.
7. The
bid opening date and hour shall be
November 6, 2008
at 2:30 P.M. at Procurement Services
Enterprise Conference Hall in the presence of the bidders/
representatives who choose to attend.
8. The
purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
