Part One Invitation To Bid

1.      Dashen Brewery Share Company is inviting interested and eligible local and international bidders for the supply of 6000 MT of 2RS Malt, Crop 2008 as per the specification in our tender document.

2.      Bidders may purchase the tender document either form Dashen Brewery S.C. Head Office, Gondar supply dept or Addis Ababa Office Bole Kifle Ketema -22 mazoria up on payment of non-returnable Birr 100.

3.      All bids must be accompanied by bid bond in the form if cash or CPO or bank guarantee of 1% of the bidding amount and must be sealed and submitted on or before September 12, 2008 at 5:00 P.M. to the address indicated hereunder.

4.      The bid bond shall remain in force for 90 calendar days from the bid opening date.

5.      Bid closing date shall be on September 12, 2008 at 5:00 P.M. on or before 5:00 P.M.

6.      Bids will be opened and read in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on 16 September 2008 at 3:00 P.M.
