1. The
Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation, (EEPCO) has allocated fund
from it own source for the purchase of different types of Vehicles
and Trucks for Transport operation and management purpose though out
the Country.
2. The
Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation now invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the supply of Vehicles, trucks, Buses, Low &
High bed truck tractors with semi trailer and crane mounted trucks
and Motorcycles as indicated above.

4. The
bid document shall be available form September 5, 2008 on wards
against payment receipt of non-refundable fee of ETH Birr 300 for
each lot from the local procurement division from the above stated
address.
5. All
bids must accompanied by bid security as specified in the bid date
sheet in the currency of the bid or another freely convertible
currency or equivalent amount in Birr and must be delivered to the
address above at or before 12:00 A.M. (Local time Addis Ababa) on
October 8, 2008.
6. The
bidder should submit complete offer for all the sub-items under the
main item. Incomplete offer will result in the rejection if the
offer.
7. Bids
will be opened on October 8, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. hours (Local time Addis Ababa) in the presence of
the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the
opening to be held at Mexico square EEPCo. Electric Club, Addis
Ababa, Ethiopia.
The Ethiopian
Electric Power Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all
bids. |
