1. The
Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples Regional Government
Health Bureau now invites sealed bid from eligible bidder for the
supply of:

Bidders have the
option to bid for anyone or more types of items. Bids will be
evaluated and contract will be awarded for each item taking into
account discounts offered, if any, for combined items in determining
the lowest evaluated cost of all items which will be the bases for
award of the contract(s).
2. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect
bidding documents at Engineering Service office Room No. 20, P.O.

73 80 Ext. 142 Awassa, Ethiopia.
3. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders shall registered with their license for year 2008 and VAT
registration Certificate on the submission of a written application
to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00
(One Hundred Birr only).
4. Bid
must be delivered to the above office on before 2:0 P.M, 23/1/2001.
and must be accompanied by a security of not less than 2% of the Bid
amount in the form of CPO.
5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose
to attend at 2:30 P.M. on the same date in the above office.
6. Southern
Nations, Nationalities and Peoples Regional Government Health Bureau
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
