1. Mugher
Cement Enterprise invites eligible bidder to participate in the bid
for supply of Weigh Belt Feeder for Overburden Limestone and
Clay.
2. Eligible
Suppliers/agents could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy
of their renewed licenses, VAT Registration Certificate,
Registration certificate issued from Ministry of Finance & Economic
Development against payment of a non-refundable Birr 50.00 from
Procurement & Supply Department, Addis Ababa during working days
from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
3. Bids
should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% in the for of
certified cheque, CPO or Bank Guarantee which will be payable on
first demand by MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE.
4. Wax-sealed
Bids shall be delivered to MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE Procurement &
Supply Department Addis Ababa office on or before October 03, 2008
at 4:00 P.M. Bidders should provide one Original and one Copy of “Technical” and
“Financial” documents separately.
5. Bids
(Technical offer) will be opened on October 04, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
6. MCE
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
