Construction of New Office & Laboratory.
Oromia Agricultural Research
Institute (O.A.R.I.) invites sealed bids from qualified consultants
category 4 and above with renewed license valid for the year 2000
E.C. for the design & consultancy services of construction of new
office and laboratory in Finfinne (A. A)
1 Interested
bidders may obtain a complete bid document from our office upon
payment of non-refundable Eth. Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr Only).
2 Bidders
have to be registered to collect VAT and copy of VAT certificate,
trade license and registration certificate from Ministry Works and
Urban Development or Oromia Works and Urban Development Bureau must
be submitted attached with the application.
3 Bidders

4 All
bids must be accompanied by a copy and original document for
technical and for financial proposals and a bid security of not less
than 2% of the bid price in the form of C.P.O. bank guarantee issued
from authorized banks or bond from insurances.
5 Bid
documents should be submitted in wax-sealed envelope.
6 The
document must be delivered to the office on or before September 30,
2008 at 10:00 A.M. (20/1/2001) at 4:00. The bids shall be
opened on the same date at 10:30 A.M. (4:30) Oromia Agricultural
Research Institute conference room in the presence of interested
bidders or their authorized representatives.
7 Oromia
Agricultural Research Institute reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all bids.
