TENDER INVITATION FOR QUALITY &
QUANTITY
SURVEY SERVICES FOR PETROLEUM PRODUCTS
DISCHARGE AT PORT OF DJIBOUTI
The Ethiopian
Petroleum Enterprise invites sealed bids from interested bidders for
Quality & Quantity Inspection & Survey Services for Petroleum
Products Discharge at Port of Djibouti.
A complete set
of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested bidder from
the Enterprise’s Head Office Room No. 206 upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00(Fifty) for bidding document.
Bids in a sealed
envelope may be deposited in a box prepared for this purpose in Room
206 at the Enterprise’s Head Office or may be sent by registered
mail to “Ethiopian Petroleum Enterprise P.O. Box 3375 Addis
Ababa, Ethiopia” so as to reach not later than September 30,
2008 at 14:00 hours local time, Bids directly received by fax or
E-mail or cable shall be rejected.
The bids
received shall be opened on
September 30, 2008 at 14:00 hour local time at the conference hall of the
Enterprise in the presence of
interested bidders or their duly authorized representatives.
The Enterprise
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without
assigning any reasons thereof.
