1. Bale
Agricultural Development Enterprise (BADE) invites sealed bid from
suitable experienced suppliers for the supply of the following:

Bidders must bid
for the full quantity in a lot failing which such bid may be
rejected a non-responsive.
2. Interested
bidders may obtain information form and inspect bidding documents at
Bale Agricultural Development Enterprise (BADE).

enquiries and correspondence should be addressed.
The
Enterprise reserves the right to reject or to accept
any or all of the bid.
3. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested
bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred
Birr).
4. The
bid must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of the
total bid amount only by CPO and must be delivered to BADE liaison
office at Addis Ababa before the closing time and date.
5. Bidders
will be responsible for delivering their bid document on or before
the deadline shown above to the address specified in clause 3 above.
6. The
bid will be closed at 10:00 A.M. on, Oct, 16, 2008 at BADE liaison
office Addis Ababa.
7. The
bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their
representatives who choose to attend, at 10:00 AM on Oct. 16, 2008
at BADE liaison office Addis Ababa.
