Coal Washing Plant
1. Ethio-Pak
Coal Mining P.L.C. invites eligible bidders to participate in the
Bid for Design, Installation, Commissing and Supply of Coal Washing
Plant 3,000,000 ton/year capacity at Mine Site Dilbi Jimma Zone.
2. Eligible
supplier could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy of their
Renewed Licenses, VAT Registration Certificate, Registration
Certificate Issued from Ministry of Finance and Economic Development
against payment of a non-refundable Birr 200 from Head Office during
working days from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
3. Bids
Should be accompanied by a Bid security of 2% in the form of
Certificate Cheque, CPO or Bond guarantee which will be payable on
first demand by Ethio-Pack Coal Mining P.L.C.
4. Sealed
Bid shall be delivered to Ethio-Pack Coal Mining P.L.C. Room No. 707
Mega Building Bole Road Addis Ababa on or before 12th
November 2008 at 12 Noon. Bids should provide one original and one
copy of Technical and Financial and Financial documents separately.
5. Bids
will be opened on 12th November 2008 at 2:00 P.M. in the presence of Bidders or their authorized representatives.
6. Ethio-Pak
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
