INVITATION TO RETENDER

1.      Geosynthetics Industrials Works Private Limited Company (GIW) invites all eligible and qualified bidder for the supply of hereunder mentioned items:

1. PVC Pipe Grinding Machine (Crusher);
2. PVC Pipe Threader:
3. PVC Pipes Slotter; and
4. Pick –up Single cab;
5. Palletizing Machine.

2.      Prospective bidders shall have legal status and shall submit all relevant Registration Certificate from concerned government body;

3.      Interested and eligible bidders can obtain the bid document against non-refundable payment of Birr 50.00 (Fifty) from the following address:

4.      All bidders shall submit a bid bond amounting at least 2% of the bid value n the form of C.P.O. or Bank Guarantee. Insurance bond is not acceptable.

5.      All Bids shall reach us on or before 8^th October, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. local time in the afternoon.

6.      Bids opening will take place in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives on 8^th October, 2008 at 2:30 P.M. local time in the afternoon in the Conference Hall of the Company’s office Building, second floor.

7.      GIW reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
