Invitation to Express Interest (EOI)
in Consultancy Services of Road Projects (National Competitive
Bidding)
The Ethiopian
Roads Authority has allocated funds and intends to apply part of the
proceeds towards the cost of Consultancy Services for Detailed
Design, Feasibility, EIA and Construction Supervision of
Debereberhan-Ankober project which is located in the Amhara Regional
Sate of Ethiopian Roads Authority now invites suitably qualified
bidders to submit sealed expressions of interest (EOI) for the
Service.
Expressions of
interest will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement
of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
Participation is
open to all national eligible bidders.
Interested
eligible bidders may submit expressions of interest to Ethiopian
Roads Authority, by completing the required information on the
expression of Interest Submission Forms. The Forms can be obtained
from ERA main building, Office of Engineering Services Procurement
Branch, 1st Floor, Room No.108; free of charge.
Each Interested
bidder shall submit three copies of EOI document which shall at
least contain the following information;
Experience of road projects with
services type, payment type, length in km and all other necessary
descriptions.
Annual consultancy services turnover.
Permanent personnel related to the
service
Company establishment (Technical and
managerial organization of the firm, Broachers, Office, Vehicles,
Material Laboratory, Computers, Software, Surveying Equipment and
Core business and year in the business), and;
Eligibility documents.
Expressions of
interest must be delivered to the address below at or before July
27, 2009 at 4:30 P.M. Late submissions may be rejected.

Bidders who would like to
participate in association shall indicate the form of association
specifically.
