Tendaho Sugar Factory Project (TSFP),
invites sealed bids from interested eligible bidders for the supply
of one unit of 500KVA/400 Kw Diesel Generator.
The bid documents shall be obtained
from TSFP Main office, Salfaz Building (In from of Atlas Hotel) Cape
verede Road 3rd floor at cashier office against payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty) during office hours upon
presentation of Registration certificate from the Federal Ministry
of Finance and Economic Development, renewed trade license for the
current year and VAT registration certificate.

Bids shall be submitted in two
separate envelopes. “Technical” and “Financial” envelope each having
one original and two copies.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid
bond of Birr 20,000 in the form of Bank Guarantee or Cashier’s
Payment Order (C.P.O) and be placed in the technical offer. Bid bond
in any other form shall not be acceptable.
All bids must be deposited in the
tender box prepared for this purpose on or before 10:00 A.M local
time on August 06, 2009.
Bids will be opened in the presence
of bidders and/or their official representatives who wish to attend,
on August 06, 2009
at 10:30 a.m. local time.
The purchaser reserves the right to
reject all or Parts of the bids.
