NCB Announcement
Procurement Reference Number:
1. The
National Bank or Ethiopia has funds within the Employer’s budget to
be used for the procurement of works for the renovation of its
office building (G+9) building and Bankers: Club building.
2. The
National Bank of Ethiopia invites sealed bids from eligible bidders
with.
a) Grade II and above
Building or General Contractors for the provision of renovation work
for the office building as described in the bid document
b) Grade VI and above Building
or General Contractors for the provision of renovation work for eth
Bankers’ club building as described in the bid document
3. Bidding are required to produce
certification Trade License & VAT Registered certificate.
4. A complete set of bidding
documents may be purchased by interested bidders at the address
below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of:
i. Ethiopian Birr (200 ETB) for
renovation of Old NBE building
ii. Ethiopian
Birr (50 ETB) for renovation of
Banker’s Club.
The method of
payment will be in cash.
5. Bids must be delivered
to the address below on or before.
Bids will be
submitted on July 30, 2009 at 4:30 P.M. and opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to
attend at the address below on
July 31, 2009 at 9:00 A.M.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid
security of Birr 100,000 for the renovation of old NBE building and
2% of the Contract amount for the Renovation of bankers club. Late
bids shall be rejected. Bid security will be in CPO or bank
Guarantee.
6. (a) Address documents will be
issued from: National Bank of Ethiopia’s new office building, 6th
floor, Procurement Division.
(b) Address bids must delivered to:

(c) Address of Bid Opening: National
