1. The
Government of FDRE has obtained a Grant from The Germen Financial
Cooperation for financing the <URBAN DEVELOPMENT FUND>
Portion of this Fund has been allocated for Dire Dawa City
Administration towards the cost for closing project of the old waste
disposal area.
2. The
Dire Dawa City Sanitation & Beautification Agency Invites Sealed
Bids from Eligible Bidders for furnishing the necessary Labor,
Material, Equipment and Services or closing of the old waste
disposal area.
3. Bidders
must have a valid registration certificate from the concerned body
and must be vat registered.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect The

5. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased upon payment of
non-refundable-fee of Birr 300.
6. Tenders
must deliver the bid to the address given below on or before
10:00 a.m. after 21 calendar days of this announcement placed on
The Ethiopian Herald and the bid shall be accompanied by a bid
security (bank guaranty or CPO) of not less than 1% of the total bid
amount.
7. The
Bid Documents shall be opened at 10:00 a.m. on the same day/last day/ of bid documents submission.
8. Tenders
should be valid for a period of One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar
days after bid opening.
9. The
Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and annual
the bidding process.
