FIRST ANNOUNCEMENT
INVITATION TO BID FOR CONSULTANCY
SERVICE
Oromia National Regional State, Adama
Referral Hospital invites
the all Consultants of Category III and above with license valid for
the year of 2001 E.C. for Design, Supervision and Contract
Administration works of
Referral Hospital Complex Building
Project.
The invited eligible bidders may
collect the TOR for the bid upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Birr 200.00 (Birr Two Hundred only) from Adama Referral Hospital
Purchasing and Finance Work Process Office, 251-221-11 24 24
beginning the 20th day of July 2009 at office hours.
Coded Schematic, technical and
financial proposals are to be submitted separately in wax-sealed
envelopes to the above-mentioned office not later than the 18th
of August 2009 at 10:00 a.m. local time. The Schematic proposals of
the bidders will be opened on same date and time.
There will be prizes:
1. All
qualified submittals would be awarded Birr 5,000.00 (Five Thousand).
2. The
third prize would be awarded Birr 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand).
3. The
second prize would be awarded Birr 15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand).
4. The
first prize would be awarded Birr 20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand).
Adana Referral Hospital reserves the
right to reject any or all bids.
