Messebo Cement Expansion Project
(MCEP) invites eligible bidders for the following jobs.
Design, Supply, Installation,
Construction and Commissioning of oil unloading and firing plant
system, Electrical and Mechanical Equipment and related civil works.
The work includes design, supply, installation construction and
commissioning of unloading system, gear pump, heating system, piping
system, screw pump, installation, and electrical heat tracing to
supply furnace oil to kiln and calciner burner stations for the new
line cement plant.
1. Tender

day of announcement against payment of non-refundable Birr 200.00.

2. All
Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of Birr 100.000 in the form
of certified payment order (C.P.O.) or cash, Bid Bond in any other
form shall not be acceptable.
3. The
bidders or the sub contractor or the joint venture having
electromechanical works license grade 5 and above and at least 5
years experience in industrial installation works are eligible to
participate in the tender.
4. Civil
construction license grade 5 and above for civil work (to be sub
contractor by a turnkey contractor) is required.
5. All
bids must be submitted to the address specified above on or before
5:00 p.m. local time on August 20, 2009
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders and/or their official
representatives who wish to attend, on August 21/2009 at 10:00 a.m.
local time. At the address specified above.
7. Messebo
Cement Expansion Project reserves the right to reject any or all
bids.
