The Addis Ababa Education Bureau (A.A.E.B)
here by invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the satellite
Dish Decodes and signal distribution system network for old and New
schools Tuning with TVS, fixation of TV set, with commissioning and
site training
Bidding will be conducted in
accordance with National Competitive Bid (NCB) procedures contained
in the public procurement proclamation of the government of the
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and open to all eligible
bidders.
Inspected Eligible bidders may obtain
further information from A.A.E.B. and inspect the bidding document
at the address below during office hours from Monday to Friday 8:30
a.m. – 12:30 a.m. and in the afternoon 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
A complete set of bidding document in
English language may be purchased by interested bidders at the
address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100
(One Hundred Birr) from the office of Finance Procurement and
Property Management Support Process.
Bids must be delivered to A.A.E.B.
Conference Hall on or before 19/8/2009 at 2:30 a.m. All bids must be accompanied by security bid change amounting Birr
50,000 (Fifty Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee,
counter guaranteed by the bankers. Late delivery shall be rejected.
The bid will be closed on 17/8/2009 at 5:30 and will be open on
18/8/2009 at A.A.E.B. conference hall in the presence of bidders or
their legal representatives.
The bureau reserves the right to
accept, or reject partial or total bids.
