1. Mugher
Cement Enterprise invites eligible bidders to participate in the bid
for supply of Gas
Conditioning Tower (GCT) and Electrostatic Precipitator for Kiln
(ESP) Spare Parts.
2. Eligible
Suppliers/ Agent could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy
of their renewed licenses VAT Registration Certificate, Registration
Certificate issued from Ministry of Finance & Economic Development
against payment of a non-refundable Birr 50.00 from Procurement &
Supply Department, Addis Ababa during working days
from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
3. Bids
should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% in the form of
certified cheque, CPO or Bank Guarantee which will be payable on
first demand by MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE.
4. Wax-sealed
Bids shall be delivered to MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE Procurement &
Supply Department Addis Ababa office on or before August 28th, 2009
at 3:30 p.m. Bidders should provide one original and one copy of “Technical” and
“Financial” documents separately.
5. Bids
(Technical offer) will be opened on August 29th 2009 at 10:00 a.m. on the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
6. MCE
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
