Invitation for Re-Bids
1. Oromia
Health Bureau obtained a budget from the Regional government of
Oromia and would like to procure Non Medical Equipments for Health
Institutions towards the cost of Health Sector Development Program
(HSDP). It is intended that part of the Proceeds of this budget will
be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the
procurement of Non-Medical Equipments in Local Competitive
Bids.
2. The
Oromia Regional State Health Bureau now invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the supply of Non-Medical Equipments for Health
Institutions under different lots.
3. Bidders
have the Option to bid for anyone or more type(s) of item (s or Lot
(s)). Bids will be evaluated and contract(s) will be awarded for
each item taking into account discounts offered, if any, for
combined items in determining the least evaluated bid of all items
which will be the bases for award of the contract(s).
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
biding documents at the office of Procurement Division, Oromia
Health Bureau Room Block No. P.O. Box 24341, Kirkos kifele Ketema
Kebele 19/34 around Urael Church, Tel.- 011-5-53-01-71 Fax
011-553 3629, Addis Ababa (Finfinnee), Ethiopia.
5. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders or submission of a written application to the above
mentioned office and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr
150.00 (Birr One Hundred Fifty only). And Bidders should have
renewed trade license for 2009 (2001), Suppliers list registration
certificate from Ministry of Finance & Economic Development (MOFED),
Value Added Tax Tax Payer Registration Certificate while purchasing
this tender document.
6. Bids
must be delivered to office of Administration & Finance Department
on or before 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon on 06/12/2001 or 12/08/2009 and must be accompanied by
a security of no less than 1% of the bid amount in the form of CPO
or Unconditional Bank Guarantee from a reputable bank.
7. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders’ or their representatives
who choose to attend at 3:30 p.m. in the afternoon Division, Oromia
Health Bureau, Block No. 1 Kirkos Kifle Ketema Kebele 19/34, around
Urael Church, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
8. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject any or all bids |
