1. Water
Well Drilling Enterprise (WWDE) invites all eligible bidders to
participate in the bid for the supply of
Lot No. I Air Compressor
Lot No. II Blind steel casing 65/8”, & 85/8”
in accordance to our
specification stipulated in the tender document & bidders have the
option to bid for anyone Lot of item.
2.
Eligible suppliers can obtain tender documents against
payment of non-refundable Birr 50.00 (Fifty) per Lot from
procurement office the date of issuance of this notice.
3. Bidders
should be able to present copies of renewed license valid for the
fiscal year, VAT & tax payer’s registration certificate.
4. Bids
must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes marked as
technical and financial proposals.
5. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security not less than 2% of the total
price in the form of CPO, Bank guarantee or certified cheque and
should be enclosed in the Technical envelope.
6. Sealed
bids shall be delivered to W.W.D.E’S Head office and placed in the
tender box with in 20 (Twenty) calendar days from the first day of
announcement.
7. Bid
will be closed on the twentieth calendar day at 9:30 a.m. from the
first day of announcement and will be opened on the same day at
10:00 a.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
8. The
Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the
bid without giving any reason thereof.
