Invitation to Expression of Interest
in a Consultancy Services on Mapping of all
Partners working in the area of HIV and AIDS in the country
The Federal HIV/AIDS Prevention and
Control Office (FHAPCO) intended to apply parts of its proceeds from
pool fund towards the cost of consultancy service on mapping of all
partners working in the area of HIV and AIDS in the country.
The FHAPCO now invites suitably
qualified bidders to submit sealed expression of interest for
mapping of all partners working in the area of HIV and AIDS in the
country.
Key activities:
To identify who is working in which
area, at what apacity and what thematic area of HIV/AIDS.
To have full profile of all partners
that can be updated regularly or when needed.
To have database for all to access.
To document & recognize the
contribution of all (Public & CSOs) in the national HIV and AIDS
response.
Qualification:
MSc or University Degree in Social
Science or Statistics/ Demography.
Experience:
At least Six-Five years for MSc and
Eight years for Degree holders.
Having an experience on survey
activates and data collection will be an advantage
Duration:
Timeframe duration of mapping is 7
working weeks.
Government of the Federal Democratic
Republic of Ethiopia.
Participation is opened to all
eligible bidders. Bidders shall present a renewed trade license for
the year 2001 E.C. and should have consultancy service registration
certificate from the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.
Interested eligible bidders may submit expressions of interest to
FHAPCO, including overall arranging profile, experience in similar
conditions, Brochures and availability of appropriate skills.
Expression of interest must be
delivered to the address below on or before July 14, 2009 at 3:00
p.m. Late submission shall be rejected. Short listed consultancy firms will
be invited RFP to submit their technical and financial proposal.
