Ras Hotel
Enterprise invites eligible and competent bidders for Supply,
Installation, and Implementation of Integrated Management
Information system (IMIS) and Designing, Installing and
Commissioning Network system.
1. The
bid is to supply, installation, implementation, Commissioning of
Integrated Management Information System and Designing,
Installation, Configuration, and Commissioning of Network System.
2. Interested
bidders should complete bidding documents, for each lots, from Ras
Hotel enterprise head office, located: Near National Theater upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 100 in Cash.
3. The
technical & financial proposals must delivered into two separate
sealed envelopes before the closing date and time, at the Ras Hotel
Enterprise Head Office.
4. Bidders
should be licensed in information and Communication Technology (ICT)
sector i.e. supply, installation, implementation, configuration and
commissioning of network and/or software, and attach copy of renewed
business license for the year 2001 E.C., Certificate of registration
from Ministry of Finance & Economic Development, and VAT
registration certificate.
5. Bidders
will be required to certify in their bids that all software is
either covered by a valid license or was produced by the bidder and
that violation of this condition shall be considered fraud.
6. The
bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr
5,000 in the form of CPO or bank guarantee valid for 90 days.
7. The
bid will be closed on July 28, 2009 at 9:00 A.M. and will be opened on July 28,
2009 at 10:00 A.M. at Ras Hotel Enterprise head office, in the presence of interested
bidder’s or their authorized representatives.
8. The
Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
