Notice of Invitation for Consulting
Service for Closing of
Accounts and have them Audited
1. National
Engineers & Contractors Enterprise invites all local eligible
qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for closing of
Accounts and have them Audited as listed in the request for
proposals (RFP).
2. RFP
can be obtained from the office of Purchasing main division at the
Enterprise during office hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of
Birr 50 (Fifty Birr only).
3. Bidders
should attach copies of renewed license for 2001E.C. and certificate
of professional competence from the office of Auditor General.
4. Bids
must be accompanied by a 2% of their total value for bid Security in
the form of certified check or CPO. (Insurance Bond is not
acceptable).
5. Bid
shall be submitted in wax-sealed envelope with in 10 consecutive
working days starting from 1st day of announcement by The Ethiopian
Herald daily Newspaper to purchasing main division up to 10:00 a.m.
of the 10th day and opened on the same day at 11:00 a.m.
6. If
the 10th working day of the announcement is a holiday the bid will
be closed and opened on the next working day at the same time.
7. The
Enterprise reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
