RE-INVITATION FOR BIDS
Various Edible Oil Processing Equipment
1. The
Nazareth Edible Oil Factory has funds to be used for the Procurement
of Various Oil Processing Equipment.
2. The
Procurement Service Enterprise on behalf of Nazareth Edible Oil
Factory hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the
supply of: Screw Oil Processing, Plate Processing Filter, Oil
Pump & Electrical Panel Board.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive
Bidding (NCB) procedures contained in the Public Procurement
Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of
Ethiopia and is open to all bidders from eligible bidders.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement
Services Enterprise on behalf of Nazareth Edible Oil Factory and
inspect the bidding document at the address below during office
hours from Monday to Thursday Morning 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. -11:30 a.m. and Afternoon 1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
5. A
complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be
purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon
payments of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00 for each and every
lot from the office of the Procurement Service Enterprise 1st Floor
–Room No. 2
6. Bids
must be delivered to Procurement Service Enterprise Hall on or
before July 20, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. All bids must be accompanied by bid security amounting ETB 3,000 (Three
Thousand) for each and every lot in the form of CPO of Bank
Guarantee counter guaranteed by the local bank.
7. The
opening date and hour shall be July 20, 2009 at 2:30p.m. at Procurement Services Enterprise, Conference Hall in the presence of
the bidders/ representatives who choose to attend.
8. The
Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids
