All bids must be accompanied by a bid
security of a minimum of 2% of the bid value in the form of CPO or
Bank Guarantee in freely convertible currency through local bank.
Bids must be delivered to the address
below at or before 10:00 a.m. local time, on

Late bids will be rejected.
