1. The
Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation (EEPCO) invites all eligible
bidders for the supply of:
Lot 1: Purchase of Submersible
pumps for Awash II & III Hydro power Plant
Lot 2: Purchase of Submersible
pump for Gilgel Gibe I Hydro power Plant
2. Bidders
can participate in both Lot-1 and Lot -2 or they can participate in
either of them.
3.
Scope of work and bid security for the particular lot the
suppliers intends to compete.

should have valid business license and Certificate from the legal
authority.
5. Bidders
can obtain the tender document starting July 7, 2009 from Ethiopian
electric Power Corporation (EEPCO).

6. Upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 50 (Birr Fifty)
for complete set of bidding documents.
7. Proposals
should be submitted to the foregoing address before
July 27, 2009 at 10:00 hours
local time.
8. Bids
will be opened on July 27, 2009 at 10:15 hour’s local time at EEPCO
Foreign Procurement Division, Head Office, Deugalle Sqare/ Piazza,
Addis Ababa.
9. The
Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation reserves the right to reject
all or partially or modify the tender at any time before issuing
letter of acceptance to the successful bidders.
