Software’s and Printing Press Equipment
1. Addis
Ababa University has got fund from SIDA/SAREC to procure the
following Teaching and Learning Equipment and Suppliers
Lot I: Computer and related
Equipment
Lot II: Audiovisual Equipment
Lot III: Software and
Lot IV: Printing Press Equipment
2. Addis
Ababa University, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the
supply of Computer, Audiovisuals, Software’s and Printing Press
Equipment.
3. Bidding
will be conducted according to the National Competitive Bidding (NCB)
procedures of the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal
Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and are open to all eligible bidder
from eligible source countries.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Addis Ababa
University, Graduate Programs Procurement Office, Room No. 21 and at
the address given below from
8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
5. A
complete set of English Bidding Document may be purchased by
interested bidders from the address below and upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 100. Payment can be effected in cash at
the university cash service.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at or before
2:00 P.M.
on
July 30, 2009.
All
bids must be accompanied by bid security of:
Birr 45,000.00 for Lot I: Computer
and Related Equipment
Birr 25,000.00 for Lot II:
Audiovisual Equipment
Birr 10,000.00 for Lot III: Software
and
Birr 40,000.00 for Lot VI: Printing
Press Equipment
7. Late
bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the
bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address
below at 2:30 P.M.
on
July 30, 2009.
