1. The
SNNPRG Water Resource Development Bureau hereby invites qualified
and eligible Bidders of class GC-6 or WWC-6 and above, to submit
their wax-sealed bids for.
A. Expansion
of 2 (two) Water Supply schems in Sidama Zone
B. Expansion
of 3 (Three) Water Supply schems in Wolaita Zone
2. Bidders
should present a business license valid for the current Ethiopia
year and registration certificate for VAT.
3. Qualification
requirement include: 1/Ownership and/or existing lease of relevant
equipment and machinery 2/Experience in water works construction
3/Availability of relevant experienced personnel as provided in the
bidding document with other additional details.
4. No
price adjustment will be allowed.
5. It
should be neat, clear, and without any additional approval
signature. If so otherwise rejected.
6. Only
printed BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is acceptable
7. Electronic
Bidding will not be opened.
8. Bidders
shall obtain bid documents upon payment of non-refundable birr
200.00 for each document from the Bureau, Room No. 4.
9. Bids
should be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of the
total bid amount in an acceptable form Cash Payment Order (CPO) or
Bank Guarantee only, and bids shall remain valid and open for
acceptance for a period of 90 days after the date of bid opening.
10. Bid
shall be submitted one original document and two separate copies
within 21 calendar day from the announcement, if the 21st
calendar day lies on Ethiopian holiday, the last date of bid
submission will be the next working day at 2:00 P.M. in the afternoon at room No. 4
11. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized
representatives at the last date of bid submission, at 2:30 P.M. in
the Room No. 4 of the Bureau.
12. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bid.
