Contractor of GC/BC 6 and above, with license valid for the current
Ethiopian budget year.
1. The
Mekelle City main service office invites eligible bidders for
furnishing the necessary labour, material, equipment and services
for the construction of land fill site office building.
2. Interested
eligible bidders may purchase a bidding document up on presentation
of renewed trade license for the year 2001 E.C. from Ministry of
Trade and Industry, or Trade Bureaus and VAT & Taxpayers
registration certificate includes recent month VAT declaration.
3. A
complete set of bidders may purchase a bidding document up on
presentation of renewed trade license for the year 2001 E.C. from
Ministry of Trade and Industry, or Trade Bureaus and VAT & Taxpayers
registration certificate includes recent month VAT declaration.
4. A
complete set of bidding documents will be available after the
announcement of invitation to bid on The Ethiopian Herald during
office hours against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 150.00
(One Hundred Fifty Birr) from the under mentioned office.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of 1% total contract amount,
in the form of bank guarantee or CPO. Bid bond in any other form
shall not be accepted.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or representatives who
choose to attend at Mekelle main service office last day of the
submission date in the after noon at 2:30 P.M.
7. Mekelle
main service office reserves the right to reject any or all of the
bids.
