Bid Invitation for Long Term
Stationery and
Office Supplies
1. GOAL
Ethiopia, an International Humanitarian Organization, invites sealed
bids from eligible bidders for the long term supply of stationery
and office supplies for a period of Six Months.
2. The
successful bidder will be expected to supply the required supplies
in accordance with need and delivery schedule of GOAL Ethiopia.
3. Interested
bidders who can provide current and legal registration licenses from
the Ministry of Trade and Industry thereafter may obtain the bidding
documents during office hours starting from the first day this
notice appeared in The Ethiopian Herald Newspaper against payment of
non-refundable administrative charge of Birr 50.00 (Fifty Birr) from
the following address.

4. Bidders
should submit their offers accompanied by copies of all appropriate
documents/licenses in a wax-sealed and stamped envelope to the above
address into the box ready for the bid before April 27, 2009 at
10:00 A.M.
5. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, a bid security to the amount of
Eth. Birr 5,000 (CPO) issued by a recognized bank, which will be
refundable as soon as a contract is singed.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives who choose to attend on April 28, 2009 at 10:30 A.M. at the GOAL Ethiopia meeting
room, Head Office, Addis Ababa.
7. GOAL
Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject part or all bids.
