Procurement of furniture and
equipment
1. The
Oromia Somali Regions bilateral development program coordination
unit has allocated budget for the procurement of furniture and
equipment to furnish projects constructed in boundary Wereda and
Kebelles of Somali Region. The items to be furnished are:

2. Bidding
is open to all domestic bidders who have attained a valid business
license, supplier list, certificate and VAT registration certificate
etc.
3. Bidders
should submit wax-sealed bid one original and one copy of technical
and financial documents separate.
4. Interested
bidders may obtain furniture information and can purchase bidding
document at:

former SERP compound in Jijiga, Somali Regional State, Ethiopia.
5. The
bid document shall be made available from the first day of the
announcement up to 30 day and can be collected from the above
address for a non-refundable of Birr 200 (Two Hundred Birr) for each
lot.
6. The
bid must be accompanied by bid security of 2% of the total amount of
the bid.
7. The
bid closing date shall be on the 30th calendar day
counted from the first date of this announcement appearing in The
Ethiopian Herald.
8. The
bid shall be opened in the presence of a bidders or legal
representatives of the bidders at 4:00 P.M. on the closing date of
30th calendar days from the first date of the
announcement of the bid at the address stated above.
9. The
Oromia-Somali Regions Bilateral Development Program Coordination
Unit reserves the right to reject all or part of this bid.
