international non-profit making organization with a head office
based in North Carolina, USA working to improve women’s lives trough
a focus on reproductive health.
Ipas Ethiopia
invites sealed bids from eligible bidders with Ipas Bid No. 01/2009
for the provision of Infection Prevention (IP) materials i.e.
surgical gloves; gown-large & medium, eye goggles; heavy duty
gloves; plastic apron; mask (mouth and face cover).
Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ipas Ethiopia
office and inspect the bidding document at the address given below
from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
A complete set
of Bidding Documents in English Language can be purchased by the
interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable of Birr 50
(Fifty Birr only). The method of payment will be in cash.
Bids must be
delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 A.M. on April 30, 2009. Late Bids will
be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the
bidders/bidder’s representatives who choose to attend in person at
10:30 A.M. on April 30, 2009. All bids must be must be accompanied
by a ‘Bid Security’ of not less than 2% of the total bid in the form
of certified cheque (CPO) in the name of Ipas Ethiopia.
Ipas reserves
the right to reject any or all bids.
