cancellation is grounded on the basis that there have been
irregularities in the procedure (no respect of the 21/11 days
rules related to publication of additional information before
the deadline of submission). This call for tenders will be
re-launched with all relevant amendments/modifications and a
shortened period for submission. |
Notes:
A new tender
procedure will be launched for this project and a new procurement
notice will be published.
