The Somali
Regional State Cooperative Promotion Agency invites all eligible
bidders having valid licenses and registered from the ministry of
works and urban development with category GC/BC 6 and above for the
construction of Office, Ware-house, Dry Latrine, Fence & Guard
House.
Therefore:
1. All
eligible interested bidders are invited to participate the bid No.
01/2009 cooperative promotion agency/SRS indicated the above
mentioned construction project.
2. All
eligible interested bidders can purchase a compete set of bidding
document of non-refundable 100 Birr from CoopPA/SRS finance and
administration department.
3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security from not less than 1% of
the bid amount from a bank (CPO).
4. All
bidding documents should be submitted by complete signatory & stamp
separable original & copy in wax-sealed envelope and must be
delivered to SRS/CPA finance and administration department the bid
closing date shall be on the 20th working days staring
from the day of the announcement in The Ethiopian Herald.
5. All
the eligible bidders should furnish legalized complete (VAT) from
the Federal Government Registered under firm’s name.
6. The
bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their legal
representatives at 10:30 A.M. on the next working date of closing at CoopPA/SRS main office.
7. The
office reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
