Invitation For National
Competitive Bidding (NCB)
1. The
Amhara National Regional State (ANRS), Management Institute,
through its Consultant
Bridge International Plc.
intends to procure the Goods & Services indicated under the three
lots indicated under 2 below using the Regional Government Budget.
2. Bidders
may purchase a complete set of bidding documents from the office of
Bridge International Plc. Bole
Sub-City, Kebele 23, House No.230/L,2nd Floor, the
Building near the Total Fuel Station behind Brass Hospital,
Tel.0116636930, Addis Ababa by submitting copies of Renewed Trade
License. VAT Registration Certificate, Letter of Support from inland
Revenue Authority & Registration Certificate from MoFED & present
the originals of these documents for verification,& upon payment of
Birr 250.00 for each lot indicated below Under Lot No.
ANRS-Mgt.Inst/BI/NCB-03/2009 from the first publication of this
notice on The Ethiopian Herald from 8:30 A.M -12:30 P.M. & 1:30 P.M -5:00 P.M Monday-Friday
Lot 1: Heavy Duty Generator
Lot 2: Supply of Equipment &
Fixtures,
& Provision of Installation
services for Campus Area
Network System.
Lot 3:Supply & Installation of PABX
System, Telephone Sets &
Fixtures

Bidders are required to prepare bids for each lot and the bid
offer documents should be received on or before May 8, 2009, 10: 00
A.M and the bids will be opened on the same date at 10:30 A.M. at the place indicated in 2 above in teh presence of
bidders or their representatives
4. Bids
should be accompanied by a Bid Bond of 1% of the bid price, in CPO
or Bank Guarantee.
5. The
Institute/Bridge International reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all bids.
