Ethiopian
Insurance Corporation invites all interested and eligible bidders to
participate in the bid for the purchase of personal Computers, UPS,
Heavy and Light Duty Laser Jet Printers, Line & color Printers,
Servers two processor, Server Rack, scanner.
External Data
tape, Heavy & Light Duty Photocopy Machines, Automated Clinical
Chemistry and hematology Analyzer.
1. The
bid is open only to those who have a currently renewed relevant
license, registration of Value Added Tax (VAT) and registration of
suppliers certificate from Ministry of Finance and Economic
Development.
2. A
complete set of bid documents can be obtained against payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00 (Fifty Birr).
3. The
bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 75,000 (Birr
Seventy Five Thousand) for lot 1 and Birr 3,000.00 (Three Thousand
Birr) for lot 2 and 3 in the form of certified cheque (CPO).
4. Bid
documents must be delivered to General Service Department, Ethiopian
Insurance Corporation Head Office Building 7th floor Room
No. 702 before or on 8 May 2009 at 2:00 P.M. and Bids will be opened on the same date in EIC Conference Hall at
2:30 P.M. in the presence of
the bidders or their representatives.
5. The
bid winner must present 10% performance bond in the form of CPO.

7. The
