Ethiopian Iron
and Steel Factory (EISFA) invites eligible and component bidders to
bid for conducting requirement analysis (i.e. system and design
analysis for its computerization program.
1. Interested
bidders with valid license can participate in the tender.
2. Interested
bidders should purchase complete bidding documents, from EISFA Akaki
up on payment of non-refundable fee of from Ethiopian Birr 100.00.
3. Bidders
should be licensed in ICT sector i.e Supply, Installation Analysis,
Implementation, Configuration and Commissioning of Network and/or
software.
4. The
bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr
20,000.00 in the form of CPO, cash or Bank guarantee valid for 90
days.
5. The
bid will be closed on May 08, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. and will be opened
same date at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their
authorized representatives.
6. The
Factory reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
